Winemaker's Dinners: Harvest Celebration at Fenn Valleys Vineyards
There are dozens of ways to make date night special, but one of the best ways to make a night unforgettable during your stay is at one of the Winemaker’s Dinners at Fenn Valley Vineyard.
The Winemaker’s Dinner starts with a sparkling wine and cheese reception followed by a coursed dinner. Each course includes a Fenn Valley wine carefully selected by the chef and winemaker. If curiosity peaks your interest, Fenn Valley staff will be available to answer questions about the wine selections and the theories behind the pairings.
November 2nd and 9th are the upcoming dates for Fenn Valley’s Winemaker’s Dinners. The Harvest Celebration dinners on November 2nd and 9th feature Great Lakes Smoked Whitefish Pate paired with dry riesling and wild mushroom gougere paired with classic chardonnay for the second course. The third course includes cider braised pork belly paired with apple hard cider. Cabernet Sauvignon and sous-vide beef tenderloin will be served for the fourth course and dessert is a delicious apples foster creme caramel with Vignoles reserve.
