Tour the Pub on 8th of New Holland Brewing

One of the region’s best names in craft brewing calls our neighbor, Holland, home. With a reputation for unique and bold flavors and a dedication to quality and excellent service, the distillery and restaurants of New Holland Brewing are a can’t-miss attraction during your visit to The Hotel Saugatuck.

Find out your new favorite flavor of craft brews. Consider the famous vanilla-flavored bourbon barrel-aged stout, Dragon’s Milk, or the New England IPA, Tangerine Space Machine.  Located in downtown Holland, Pub on 8th serves a pub-style menu featuring homemade craft brews, cocktails, and daily specials. Enjoy live music on Fridays or visit on the weekend for the Bloody Mary Bar. And don’t forget the great food! Pepperoni pinwheels, pretzels and beer cheese, and dragon fire chicken are just a few of the delicious options on the lunch and dinner menu.

The pub also offers tours every Saturday. April dates include April 6th, 13th, and 20th, at 12:00PM. The highly interactive tour of the production campus introduces you to the 50-barrel brewing system from the 1940s. Walk along the rows of aging Dragon’s Milk, Mad Hatter, Tangerine Space Machine, and the other brews you either love or have just become a new fan of. Each tour lasts about an hour and a half and includes walkthroughs of New Holland Brewing’s full brewing, packaging, and distilling systems.
