Shop 400 Dealers at Michigan's Largest Antique Show
Michigan’s largest antique show, the Allegan Antiques Market, draws visitors from across the region and country to one of the finest shows in America. Antiques Magazine rates it in the Top 10 antique markets to visit in the United States. The show, located at the Allegan County Fairgrounds in downtown Allegan is held the last Sunday of the month, April through September.
It’s your one-stop shopping hot spot for glass, pottery, china, primitives, advertising, vintage jewelry and clothing, furniture, and much more. Find architectural salvage, industrial, country, shabby chic, upcycled, and refurbished decor from an average of 400 exhibitors from seven states. Find your newest (or oldest) piece of decor for your home or get some industrial furniture that is authentic white decades of “character.” Whatever you may be searching for, it’s all about the thrill of the hunt and you’re guaranteed to find something that gives you a wave of nostalgia at the Allegan Antiques Market.
If you came with an appetite, the fairgrounds offer several shaded picnic areas to relax and enjoy a variety of foods sold right on the grounds such as grilled chicken and sandwiches, spiral cut fries, Polish sausage, meatball sandwiches, pizza, barbecue, ice cream, caramel apples, and much more. Refreshments are also available but we recommend definitely packing some bottles of water and sunscreen.
This month, the Allegan Antiques Market falls on Sunday, July 28th from 8AM to 4PM. Admission is $4; parking is free. For more information, visit the website
